Stetson Women's Soccer Prospect Identification Camp

The Stetson University women's soccer program will host a Prospect Identification Camp on Sunday, April 13 for current high school aged players (13-19) looking to become Stetson Hatters or to continue their development as a player. The prospect ID Camp will expose campers to the standards and style of coaching and expectations at Stetson University.

Schedule

9 a.m.

Registration and check-in at the soccer field

9:30 to 9:45 a.m.

Introduction of staff/Goals for the day

9:45 a.m. to noon

Technical Session/Patterns/Possession
Games

Noon to 1 p.m.

Lunch/Free time

1 p.m.

PowerPoint presentation/Panel discussion with current players

2 to 3 p.m.

Small-sided games (1v1-4v4)

3 to 4 p.m.

7v7-11v11 games based on numbers

Other Information

Players will be evaluated by the Stetson University coaching staff, including head coach Manoj Khettry and assistant coach Stephanie Demake. The Prospect Identification Camp will center on becoming technically cleaner, playing and keeping possession in tight spaces, small-sided games, as well as a PowerPoint presentation intended to educate players (and family members) about what it takes to be a college soccer player.

This camp is intended for players with a high level of interest in playing at the NCAA Division 1 level and Stetson University.

Important: Stetson University camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender). For this prospect ID camp, we will accept only 60 field players and 8 goalkeepers.

Following registration you must download, complete and submit the Stetson Sports Camp Permission, Risk Acknowledgement & Liability Waiver and the Stetson Sports Camps Emergency Medical Info and Treatment Permission/Liability Release Form to finish the registration process. It is necessary that we have a notarized signature on both forms for insurance purposes. By selecting "Yes" below you acknowledge that you agree to do so.
